Meet the People behind Respect Wills & Estates

We’re a Melbourne-based Wills and Estates practice built on a simple belief: that every person deserves clear, compassionate legal advice — and the confidence that comes from knowing their wishes will be carried out. We’re small by design, because the work we do is personal.

Nadya Voloshina

Co-Founder | Principal Wills & Estates Lawyer

Nadya is an estate planning and litigation lawyer with a genuine passion for helping individuals and families navigate one of life’s most important — and often most overlooked — areas of law.

She holds a double law degree, including a Juris Doctor from Monash University, and began her career as a generalist lawyer before finding her calling in estate planning and litigation. Today she works with clients across wills, trusts, testamentary trusts, probate, and estate disputes — bringing both technical precision and real warmth to every matter.

What sets Nadya apart is her ability to make people feel genuinely heard. She takes the time to understand each client’s full picture — their family, their wishes, their concerns — and translates that into documents that work. Her goal is simple: make the legal process as clear and painless as possible, so families can focus on what matters most.

Danielle Zetzer

Co-Founder

Dani is a Monash University Honours graduate and John Monash Scholar whose career has been defined by two things: deep legal expertise and a genuine commitment to helping people navigate difficult moments with clarity and confidence.

As Principal Lawyer of Respect Legal, Dani brings extensive experience in complex family law matters alongside her role at Respect Wills & Estates, where she leads strategic direction and ensures every client receives thoughtful, solution-focused guidance. She’s a collaboratively trained lawyer who believes the best outcomes come from working with people, not at them.

A strong advocate for empowerment and radical responsibility, Dani believes that planning your legacy isn’t just a legal exercise — it’s one of the most meaningful things you can do for the people you love. She shares this philosophy through her podcast, Diary of a Divorce Lawyer, where she explores relationships, separation, and the human side of the law.

Ana Lakic

Wills & Estates Lawyer

Ana is an estate planning lawyer who came to specialise in this area for a reason that’s hard to argue with: she believes it’s one of the most meaningful things a lawyer can do. Done well, estate planning protects families, prevents conflict, and gives people genuine peace of mind.

Ana holds a double degree in Law and Arts, with a background across wills and estates, family law, and victims of crime matters. That broad experience gave her a deep appreciation for what’s at stake when families navigate loss or uncertainty — and a clear conviction that prevention is always better than litigation.

At Respect Wills & Estates, Ana works closely with clients to develop strategies that reflect their values, protect their assets, and ensure their wishes are carried out exactly as intended. She’s known for making complex concepts genuinely easy to understand — and for the care she brings to every conversation.

Holly Waudby

Office Manager

Holly is the person who makes everything run — and the first friendly voice most clients encounter when they contact the firm.

As Office Manager, Holly oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, supporting both the legal team and clients with the kind of calm, organised efficiency that estate planning clients particularly appreciate. She handles the firm’s financial administration and ensures that every interaction — from the first enquiry to the final document — is managed with care and professionalism.

Holly understands that the matters clients bring to Respect Wills & Estates are often deeply personal. She approaches every interaction with that in mind.
